New build Steel warehouse with extension of railway into the building off the Main London-Kemble Line to receive steel coil from France via the channel tunnel rail route. The building incorporates 2 Computer controlled DEMAG 40 ton Overhead cranes which remove coil from the train to a storage position and back onto short trucks to be driven just in time to BMW Pressings and to Honda.

We were awarded the project in March 2006, the job was completed in December 2006 and the first train rolled into the building in November 2006…9 months from the idea, through Planning, Building design, Tender and then Construction after the designed commenced!
