The third Porsche dealership constructed for Dick Lovett , the Porsche Centre Bristol built on the knowledge we gained at Cardiff and Swindon. Once again the Contractors were Mowlem but as at Cardiff the contract was let as a traditional contract, following a negotiated tender process, which was considered by the client as a far more flexible approach and one which provided a better control over the construction process thus ensuring that what was delivered was what was actually required.
