This new £2.35 million dealership on a brownfield site is the only Porsche, Ferrari and Maserati dealership in Wales. The resultant design places the building tightly to the front of the site, showcasing the product as required and shielding the car park and industrial parts of the site from view. The design provides the necessary corporate identity required by the manufacturer. This development has had the effect of lifting the whole area and this has brought regeneration to a once run down part of the city, attracting new businesses to this part of Penarth Road. This development was NC Architects first project in South Wales and is proving to be successful for client and architect alike.
