Finished in 2002 this is a self contained village of a hundred and seventy six dwellings.
Three developers were involved in the construction of this scheme which is on the site of the old Aerojet Factory outside Weston-Super-Mare.  
The local authority wanted a development which sat comfortably within the isolated rural surroundings. Each phase has a different density within the scheme with the highest density surrounding the village green, services are to the rear.
Linkage was provided by dry stone walling around many of the plots.
