NC Architects supplied Carey’s New Homes with a full range of Architects services on this project including:

• Performing the lead consultant’s role.

• Initial scheme designs through negotiations with Swindon Council to obtaining planning permission and consortium approval.

• Preparation of detail designs of houses and flats and co ordination of the submission for building regulation approval.

• Provision of technical assistance & coordination of sub contractors and other consultants throughout the construction process.

• Preparation of detailed production drawings for the Developer and Local Authority.
