We have for some time recognised that the ability to build a 3D model from day one and develop it throughout the design to completion will offer our clients significant benefits. Now with the use of Revit Autodesk 2009 this capacity has been improved and we are also able to produce high quality photorealistic and artistic images as modest extension of our normal service,that would previously have attracted significant additional costs in the commission of perspective artists and graphic designers.

This new capability allows us to use the same computer model to promote our client`s projects more effectively from the earliest stages of design development to Planning Authorities, consultation with local communities and the general public and the preparation of sales material or presentations to end users. We are also able to compile data bases to support ongoing facilities management of completed buildings, by scheduling information such as initial floor areas and volumes for cost analysis, complex scheduling of materials, components, fittings etc. and including vital information for building management and ongoing maintenance.
