Feasibility Layouts

We can assess single sites or multiple sites with a view to providing an assessment of what can be achieved in development terms for all projects including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Motor Trade premises etc. Works for such works are usually charged at an hourly rate up to a maximum fee which will not be exceeded without client authority.
