Working in 3D not only allows us to produce exciting visuals but also enables clients, planners and the public to understand the relationships of our proposals with their surrounding environment from the very outset making the planning process smoother for everyone. This is helpful when considering size, scale and massing of the proposed scheme. Further benefits from working in 3D can be yeilded later in the design process. With the use of the latest software, photo realistic renders can be produced for sales brouchures speeding up the whole construction process from inception to completion, handover, sale and beyond. |
