• We can advise on the benefits and drawbacks involved with Design and Build, Traditional procurement, Negotiated Tendering or even Partnering where client and contractor share cost savings.

• Finally we are well experienced at providing and carrying out the role of lead consultant & Project Manager co-ordinating all the other consultants.

• These services involve the post Working Drawing stages of tendering, site enabling, pre start organization and preparation of suitable contracts between client and contractor and between client and consultants. We can ensure that the necessary third party warranty documents are in place, up to completion and assistance with the preparation of agreement of the final accounts. We also provide certification of moneys spent during the contract process and final certificates required by third party funders.
