NCA have today deposited a planning application for the extension of Dick Lovett Farmhouse and Motorrad facilities on their Bristol Campus.

The Motorrad extension will double the workshop capacity and add another 50% to their showroom greatly increasing the capacity of a very productive dealership.

Working with CEC and SWJ the design process has been fluid and collaborative, a true BIM experience.

The extension to the Farmhouse will be in keeping with the existing building and form an open plan office space allowing the existing building to be fully refurbished and transformed into a management suite of offices.

This very exciting project and a chance to design a space without the rules of car brands, a really chance to flex our architectural muscles.

Construction will hopefully start on site later this year once the sun comes back to the UK! Watch this space to see the application progress and hopefully a planning permission in the coming months. Fingers crossed.
