We were approached in March 2020 by the landowner who had seen a scheme we had undertaken for Abbey Homes in Littlemore. Awaiting allocation in the Oxford Local Plan 2036 we started a pre application process with Oxford City Council which became a planning performance agreement. Very detailed negotiations regarding the urban design of the scheme have taken place and the scheme has been the subject of a Design Review Panel Workshop with the ODRP and the scheme continues to evolve, albeit with many local objectors concerned about the access provision not coming off the A40. Work on the scheme to address the main objections is ongoing. We continue our dialogue with the city council.
