This is an infill scheme side on the Upper Bristol Road which has its own flats fronting the Lower Bristol road a through link to the River Avon including landscaped steps leading to the River and cycle store. The scheme comprises three conjoined blocks with some undercroft parking. One block faces Upper Bristol Road, a second faces the river with balcony views and there is a mews link connecting the front and rear blocks. Levels are difficult and the relationship to the surroundings and maintaining daylight to Onega Terrace is crucial to the scheme, a problem helped by our 3D modelling tools.
